Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Greetings of the Day

I would like to introduce myself as a IT Executive and i have a one more property issue that my father was shop keeper from last 50 years and our shop is on rent from last 80 years (from my grandfather period )and now my father got expired and i am service person and not enough time to continue the shop and the rent of the shop is very low Rs. 140 per month( Old rent). The owner of the shop is living abroad. he collects the rent after 5 years. As a proof of rent acknowledgement i have receipt of last 10 years with stamped signature apart from this nothing else.

can u suggest me what i can do with this property.

Being tenant you cannot do anything with this property you can keep using it and paying the rent in case landlord files suit for eviction then defend it.
