Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

dear sir/madam

i m a resident of dist.panipat,haryana.we live on a land belonging to punjab and haryana wakf board.in our street there are 3 homes and in one which is next to ours home there lives 2 families(owner's son owner passed away)and one son is running a factory to produce pillows made of polyfill.the street does not lead to any other way of passage.he brings the loading rickshaws in the street which is narrow in front of our door and sometimes in front of our property. we requested him which results into clashes.i want ur advice what legal actions i can take to make him stop bringing his loading rickshaws in the street.

Dear Himanshu,

Since the administering authority is the Punjab & Haryana Wakf Board, you should draw the attention of their Administration official(s), to intervene in the matter and resolve the issue.
