Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir/madam,
i have received a copy of my serivce bond today. it is writeen as follows
" this agreement is made on this 10th day of sept 2013 between me and my company" but i was appointed on 21 oct 2013. please let me know is this bond is valid or not. if this bond is not valid, my company will terminate me due to recession. pls help on this.

Dear Sir / Madam,
A service bond of any form or nature, being against the principle of natural justice as per the Constitution is illegal and a criminal offence. Moreover, there being a date mismatch, the bond remains invalid.
