Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have rented out a commercial shop for almost 7 years now and wanted to evict the same for extending our self occupied house. The tenant is refusing to evict and asking for more than one year time. Do i need to go for legal action or waiting for one year would be advisable.
