Dear Sir/Madam,
My company file a case against for breach of contract and they asked me to pay a penalty. i am not able to pay the money as i left company for my study. pls suggest what to do now

Dear Sir / Madam,
The penalty the Company may be asking you to pay ought to be limited to the notice period not served by you in the Company as contained in your appointment letter and nothing more. Should there be such notice period not served by you in the Company, payment and settlement thereof to the Company is advisable and recommended.
