Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir/Madam,

Zafar is requesting you for legal help. my situation is as below.

My father bought the agriculture land from my cousins. basically this land my cousin got from his mother side. their mother and father were died and all brothers and sister decided to sale their land. than they given the written permission to their one brother and that guy sold the land to us. we have his permission letter as a proof. Sir, my question is, what now his other brothers and sisters can put a case on us for this land. if they can than how we will defend it. please give me suggestion, how we can make it safe. Solution should be like that nobody in future cannot disturb us.

how one brother got permission of sale?

second is

how soled either by registerd deed or mutation.

if by any one way it was sold to u then its complete sale

othrwise the dcumnt which was excuted is requred to chek.

if your cousin sold their land to your father on the basis of Power of Attorney from other brothers and sisters and sale dead is completed and mutation is also completed in the name of your father then no one can disturb you.
