Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear sir/mam,

there is one question that there were one of my friend who has given rs 50000 to other person who is assuring that my friend will get government job and that person has demanded rs 50000 and my friend has given him without taking any security,it was around 8 months ago matter and now the matter is that person is ignoring that he has taken that money and my friend is blaming me and him that i will do fir against both of you,my question is that there is no any my role in this transaction or matter ,please suggest me what i have to do.

if an FIR is lodged your role will also be examined .try to resolve the matter amicably.
