Dear Sir
My father (64) has 3 brothers. After the death of my Grandfather my father and my uncles have got their names jointely registered in the local panchayat and with the government land registration department jointly on the basis ancestorality both on our house and the land . My mother has got the stay on maintenance on charge in a case with my father not to sale this land from District Court. Can I (35 Male) become party with my mother against my father through Section 1 (10) by showing it joint property and can I claim share of mine under right of residence or any other law or I have to file separate suit to take stay on these plots of land
