Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir

My father (64) has 3 brothers. After the death of my Grandfather my father and my uncles have got their names jointely registered in the local panchayat and with the government land registration department jointly on the basis ancestorality both on our house and the land . They have prepared one joint agreemnt of all brothers but it has not been signed by one of my uncle. This mutual agreement has not been registered with any legal and govt authority. On the basis of this mutual agreemnt my father has started much of our property and he is just denying having any relation with me and my mother.

can i Challenge these sales as he has already sold almost 60 percent of these .Also wanted to know can me or my mother can our share in these ancestoral property through Indian Succession Act 2005
