dear sir
my father died 4 yrs ago
my step mother sold 1 proerty after my father death.the proerty was on agreement base between my step mother and 3rd party , it was not ragistered property.am i a legal heir in this property??

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your father was the owner of the property, you are certainly the legal heir of the property and entitled to an equal share in the sales proceeds of the property.
