Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir

My father in law and mother in law have filed different cased against each other in Ghazipur (U.P. )- court .Due to this my Father in law is also trying to throw me (22 years) and my husband (35 years) and my sons (4,2 years old ) and my mother in law who is 59 years old out of our house. I have filed the case under domestic voilance act 2005 one year before seeking relief of residentail order in my favour but my father in law has not appeared in this DV act act since the last one year despite of regular registered post sent to him through court. Can i take any direction from Allahabad high Court which i can submit to the same court where dv act case of mine is pending so that disposal on my case can be done as it is more than a year.
