Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir,
Presently I'm working in delhi. I have some agricultural land in MP India(transfer by my grant mother to my mother than after death my mother transfer me). After my mother death (2008) all properties transfer me and my 5 brothers. They are working in pvt firms in Allahabad. All properties transfer in 2012-13 our name. Presently a villagers(show Vashihat in 10 rupees stamp in favor and court order) entered wrongly his name in my khasra khatauni, and challenge all property ownership his. Lekhpal also involve in his all fake documentation. Please advice me. I'm highly obliged your good advice. Regd.Sameer Tiwari -8745002352
