Dear Dishari,
Miss Santi, the landlady is legally justified in requesting you to vacate her house within 7 days since Mr. Ashok was the original tenant in her house. Since Mr. Ashok has already quit the house, you should try and convince the landlady to consider admitting you as the Licensee of her house by entering into an Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) agreement and permit you to stay for a period of 11 months more. You should tell Miss Santi that this you will be in a position to fetch yourself another alternative accommodation, to enable your family to vacate Miss Santi's house and shift to the new accommodation. If Miss Santi disagrees, at least she should give you three months time to vacate the house.
Regards,
