Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sirs,
My grand father got a land (5 cents) from goverment through patta as free allotment. Then he has transferred that land to my father through settlement document and passed away. My father died in 1994. We got the death certificate and heir certificate (2 boys and 2 girls all are aged above 50 and alive). Now we intend to sell the land.
The original patta is available and the settlement document of by grand father to my father is not tracable. We have applied and got true copy.
Wether this is enough or we have to do anything else.
Kindly advice us.
With kind regards.
