Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir,
Through my land one of my relative is using a private road for more than 2.5 years. Through my land a private road is connected to his property. Currenty me and my relative had met with a personal clash and Iam not intersted to give him the road. Only me and my relative is using this road for past 2 years. This road is not connected to any other panchayat roads. Purely personal road. Also i didnt give him any agreement or any rekha's to use the road. So currently I wish to block the road, whether the law will be against me or it will be a right choice i had done????

Dear Subin,
It would be unlawful on your part to block a public pathway or approach road. Sorting out the matter with the help of the local Municipality is advisable and recommended.
