A declaration suit pending before Madurai bench chennai high court( 2006). during 2005 my father transfer the property by way of a will in favour of me. he died on 2012. During the pendency of case, My sisters sold 2/3 rd of property to 3 rd persons without any partiton between us. Is this sale is valid.
what is the legal status of my father will made to me. The sub registrar did not mind the revenue records and partition deed which is essential for registration. Shall I proceed suit against him?
