Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I defendant in civil case came to know that the suit is not in pecuniary jurisdiction of junior court, the suit is in trial stage,pl. advice
how should i proceed to ask the court ot reject the plaint.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You have been wrongly informed that the suit is not in pecuniary jurisdiction of the Magistrate Court. You should attend Court hearing and file your plea in reply as the defendant in the Court.
