Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, as the defendant, you should get the documents from the writer / pleader in the Court and file your reply in the Court prior to the date listed for next Court hearing.
Regards,
You should first obtain a complete copy of the paper book by inspection of court file through an Advocate. Further remedies should be discussed with your advocate who will be in a better situation after examining all documents.
the appearance can be made and the certified copy of the petition can be applied.
thanks and regards
Adv. Rajiv
