what is the difference between sale registration and gift settlement deed .Does both registration have got the same value or not?
with gift settlement deed papers can we sale to other person?

Dear Sir / Madam,
A sale registration is done when the property is sold. A Gift Settlement Deed is done when the property is gifted.
If the individual who has received the gift is not a minor, the property can be sold to another person.
