i have a dispute with my business partners ,they take promisery notes forcefully and filled a cheating in police station .now the case under court i am on bail .but i have to issue .after my arrest ,they have published in media news paper tv that i have cheated them and i bribed police 5lakhs and threatened them inside the police station etc .which are false and no proof. now they inviting to compromise but i got great insult by them as they damaged by image .can i file case agaisnt them on defamation or damage of my honest and making false alegations like bribing police .how i can do .can i win

it is not possible to comment on the merit of the case on the limited facts you have given. If the allegations made by them are false and you have been acquitted in the case ,discharged or if the FIR is quashed then you can file a case for defamation. for queries contact 9312411481.
