Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am having a dispute matter in the civil court wih my brother. My brother had discconeted my electricity and water connection. Court has given an order for reconnecr of water and electricy. After the reconnection if the electricity we are still gting 0 consuption since along time even after giving a complaint to the relience office no action as been taken so far. Please help me.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you are using electricity and the bill amount is coming zero, it means someone else is paying and settling your electricity bills. You will need to take up and resolve the matter with the electricity provider and check who is paying and settling your electricity bills every month. If the Company refuses to reply, you should lodge your grievances for necessary action, to the Maharashtra Electricity Regulation Commission (MERC) authorities.
