Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We want to divide family property among three brothers and one sister. Should we give equal share to our sister also? If one brother did not come for division of property, can we leave his share without registration and register our share?

If u wish to give to one sister irrespective of her right in the property,
u can make a registered partition deed if all agree.
2) If ur brother is not coming forward for partition, file partition suit and
get the partition done thru court.
