Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am a divorece with a son , I got remarried and now my husband want to adopt my son who is still minor , under my custody. Kindly suggest how should we go about it. I dont want to contact my ex-husband for any permissions as he is not a good man.

Your second husband should formally adopt him by executing an adoption deed.

There is no need to adopt a son as there is an established relationship of step father and son thereby a step father need not adopt his step son. All the best for your new relationship
