I am a doctor and belong to a noble proffesion n when i married my husband divorced me after just 2 months of marriage wthout any solid reson n snached all the jewlery given to me on walima and wedding night gift. Even in these 2 months he spend just 15 days with me then went to dubai as he works there as a charted accountant. I already claimed for the gift bt can i also aplly for hatak e izzat as that divorce without any reason in a very short time made me answerable to everyone.

what reasons he assigned / or wording used in the divorce deed can be made basis for a legal action if that is offensive or more. just for plain divorce he can not be made answerable.
