Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Ear sir,

my father was adopted son and had four daughter & no son.he after the death

of his father received several properties of his father(who adopted him).he was

adopted through a regestered godnama.

1.)is the properties he received will be called self earned,

2.)can he had legal rights to will all the property to his one daughter who cared

him and give no property to other three.

3.)is there any rights left for other three who lived away.

4.)do other daughters have any right in there property earned by their father's

father(i.e.grand father who made adoption) and can claim for there 1/5 share as

grand childeren get shares in the property of grand father by birth.

5.)did the father had only the right to will of his share.

If the property is ancestral property all the legalheir have equal share it is only in the selfacquired property that the person can will his property as per his wish.and yes daughters do have a shar in the property.for further query contact 9312411481.
