Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am having a equal share in my forfather's property along with my mother sister and my brother. But my brother is not allowing me to stay in the house. I got married and stayed in a rent bases for 2 years but its too dificult to survive after having our own house. So i broked the lock of one of my house which was empty since seven years which the keys was with my brother and started staying in the house my brother went to the police station and the police was forcing me to return the key to my brother. But did not give it. Now staying in that same place since two years and the matter is put up in the court since we entered the the house. Is it a crime by staying in my own house. Where asi have my name in the property card ration card tax paper etc.pls reply as soon aspossible. Thankyou.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your father has a right and share in your forefather's estate. Both, your father and mother have to decide how your father's share in your forefather's estate will be dealt with. If there is nothing explicitly written and documented by your grandfather thereto, your father, mother, brother, sister, and yourself have an equal share in your father's share of the estate. It is not a crime to reside in your family house, especially since you have all the necessary documentary evidence in your name.

Regards,
