Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am having a equal share in my forfather's property along with my mother sister and my brother. But my brother is not allowing me to stay in the house. I got married and stayed in a rent bases for 2 years but its too dificult to survive after having our own house. So i broked the lock of one of my house which was empty since seven years which the keys was with my brother and started staying in the house my brother went to the police station and the police was forcing me to return the key to my brother. But did not give it. Now staying in that same place since two years and the matter is put up in the court since we entered the t house. Is it a crime by staying in my own house. Where asi have my name in the property card ration card tax paper etc.pls reply as soon aspossible. Thankyou.

I want to share more details wih you so that u can be clear.

The property was in my grandfather's name he had made a will that after me the entire property should go to my son which was not registered in the court. But after my grandfather died the will was not transfered to my father.After twenty five years myfather died my mother is alive .Then after 13 years i transfered directly from my grandfathers name to our four person name . My self my mother my sister and my brother. So i want to know if my mother is the one to decide about property shares or we have he aqual rights. Let me tell you that my mother stays with my elder brother and is scared of him to take any decision by her own will for us. We have four different houses in one property. We had a tenent for fourty years and they emptied the jouse in 2002. We had to pay them a certain amount to leave the house. After that i and my brother had spent money to recontracted that house. After that ten years the house was locked. After 10 ten years i took the possesion. My broher had payed all the amount by checks and demand draft by my mother's name.as per i dont have any proof thati have spent for the house which i had given him cash amount.now my brother is claiming on the evidence of the cheques and demand draf for the house which i am staying with my wife right now. So do i have to pay him the amount again on what i have already spent. Please tell me if i have a aqual rights on the property or my mother will decide
