Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
can the executive committee increase the number of executive committee members or it needs approval of the General Body Meeting? Is there any maximum limit? Advice as per Societies Registration Act applicable to Delhi

1) Depends upon the society bye laws reigistered with the Registrar.
2) It should be with the approval of General Body.
