Dear Sir / Madam,
The legal liabilities refer to fulfillment of all the terms and conditions of the Agreement by both the parties to the Agreement.
Regards,
Both the vendor's and the vendee's legal heirs, successors, executors, administrators, legal representatives and permitted assigns are bound by the said sale deed and in their absence they will be replaced by the vendor or vendee. How ever the legal liabilities of the vendor and vendee is to full all their obligations enumerated therein.
