Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
whether for expulsion of member of the co-op.hsg society,reasons given by the mg.committee out of personal revenge and or in general terms is acceptable for expulsion? in that case what s the remedy? Moreover in the General Body the
concerned member is not allowed to talk freely as m. C. members create nuicence/shouting etc. what is the remedy?
