Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father bequeathed by will of entire ancestral property to his second wife daughter though son (myself) is there. i have filed partition suit. wheather will is valid ?. your opinion is requored.

if the property is ancestral, father can only bequeath his undivided share and not the entire ancestral property. however, you need to see a lawyer in person with documents.
