Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My father bought a shop 20 years ago, but my grand father and father used to run the shop simultaneously. for last 5 years, my uncle also started working on the same shop as my grandfather was not very healthy. but now, he keeps saying that it is his shop and he is not leaving the shop though my father is the real owner of the shop and have the legal documents of the shop in his name. How can i evacuate my uncle from my fathers shop.

It will depend as to from whose funds the shop is purchased. If purchased from joint family funds, then it is HUF property and belongs to all incl uncle even if documents in your fathers name. Your grandfather will be crucial person in this.
