Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father and his brother has partioned the land before 40 years and now we had the high land value and they doesn't have so my fathers brother sons are saying to partition the land again how extent this is right after 40 years again he came and we filed a case in high court and its getting late what should we do now Thank you in advance
