Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father have four brothers and one's sister. My grandmother gave an affidavit in 1993.in which it was mention that the house was given to my father.but my younger uncle refused now that he singled that affidavit 1993.but now he is threatening me that he will lodge a fir on me behaving a forged case.I was eleven years old child in1993.I'm innocent.

In the present situation you need to prove the contents of the affidavit to establish the claim over property . Regarding any case of forgery you may defend accordingly .
