Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father are two brothers and three sister, grandpaa is dead but grandma is alive and also one of three sister of my father is dead. my uncle and two aunties are disagree of my father's right from grandpaa's ancestral properties. what is the solution?

With the demise of your grandfather intestate, the title to his property vests in your grandmother.
You should take suitable action to transfer the property in her name.
