Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father got cheated by his younger brother who forged my father's signature to take share in land, dharkast land (agriculture) and Tahsildar made changes in documents within 7 days neglecting my father's objection on this without asking us to go to court to settle this issue. in lab report it has mentioned that signs are not matching, but then also they dismissed our case and my father's younger brother occupying that land. No one is there to listen to us and money is speaking here.

The concerned land owner may take appropriate remedies before the higher authorities. If the matter is not solved appropriately by the revenue authorities, a civil suit may be filed in the local courts.
