My father was the only child of my grandmother. My grandmother died 7 years back and my father died 4 years ago. Grandmother did not make any will or gift deed of her house in my fathers name. My mother also died 2 years back. In absence of will/gift deed how can we the brothers and sister inherit the house property. can we do partition deed registered.can the mutation be done from municipalities/ BLRO office. Please let me inform.

Dear Sir / Madam,
In the absence of the Will, the legal heirs should obtain the Succession Certificate from the Court and complete the process of transfer of title of the property based on the Succession Certificate.
