Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi my father had a court case against his brother on property. Which was about to get closed but the lawyer of my father favored my uncle and closed case on my father's behalf when my father was not in town without informing him.this lawyer filed a case of chques against my father which my father won. He just did due to some personal anonimity. My father has the portion in the property of my grandfather accepted by my uncle too. Do we have chances to win case in high court for this matter?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Never ever leave a hearing to be attended to by the lawyer alone. The plaintiff / defendent himself / herself or any of the family member should always remain present for each and every Court hearing to keep a check and vigil over the Advocate / Lawyer to confirm that he / she is arguing the matter in the right manner. If there is an Interim Judgement passed by the Court in favour of your father, it is worthwhile pursuing the matter ahead in the High Court.

Regards,
