my father was cultivating a land as a tenet sine 1960 and offering rent to the land owner by money order,and after death of my father my and brothers names were mutated as a tenet , and i kept offering rent to the land owner for past 15 years, as the land was given to me by father. but the land owner with help of my brother sold the land, and new purchaser grab the land with money and mussel power .now will i be able to win in the court , with the help of money order receipt and few land lord letters. land owner and may not appear before the court , and my brother is not alive now. please adivice me ankita

1) Whether u win or lose none can predict. It depends on evidences. Produce before the court all ur evidences.
