Dear Sir / Madam,
On the demise of your father, you should transfer the flat in the name of your mother. Your married sisters do not have any legal right to force your mother to sell her flat. Your mother is the sole judge to decide on the fate of the flat in her name. You should maintain the record of loan installments being paid by you. But your mother will have to either Will or Gift the flat to you in future, if you are to be its Owner.
Regards,
