if father has executed the will in favour of one son is there any right to second brother or sisters to claim?

no if the will is valid the same cannot be challenged on the ground that the rights have been given to only one son.

Dear Sir / Madam,
There is no compulsion on the father that he has to distribute his property amongst all his siblings. He has every right to Will his property in the name of only one son.
