My Father expired in 2002.
We have 2 bother & 4sisters total 6 & mother 1
We have 2 Houses in Rajstan , one is constructed in wall & 2 one was normal house
My neighbor had purchased one house (inherit property) rs 3.50 Lakhs only from my mother age 61 in 2007 on RS 100 Stamp Paper
Now we all son wants to file a suit against him as a fraud case
1. Without our permission how can he purchase the house
2. We want 7 share (6+1)
3. File case where the register done due to how they do this without all consent as per The Hindu Succession Act, 1956
4. Notice to Grampanchayat to break his water connection

Dear Sir / Madam,
1. On the demise of your father, unless specified otherwise by him vide a Gift or Will, the title to his properties vests in your mother. She does not require the consent of all the legal heirs to sell it.
2. As per point (1) above, the buyer acquires legal title to the property on payment of Stamp duty and registration.
3. Not recommended.
4. Not advisable.
