Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father and my father's cousin were joint residential property holder with half share each and they started living in two different sides of the house.both died and now me and my two brothers are owner of half property and in cousin side two brothers are owner of half property.now my two brothers want to sell their share in the name of my wife. can they sell their share through registry.

Dear Sir,
Your cousin brothers may Gift their share in the property in the name of your wife duly registering it with the Tahsildar / District Registrar.
