My father has gifted my brother a portion of ancestral land with the consent of my sisters, forcibly, but without taking my consent at all. Can i proceed legally against the gift deed to get my portion of the same back

Yes, you can. A gift of ancestral property without consent of othe co-sharers / right holders can be challenged by non-consenting share holders.
