Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father was having one house in rajasthan which was almost down to plot as i was having not much funds so i didnt construct new house on it . but now one another person who is also from mumbai had constructed on house on our plot i had filed civil suit on him last year but he is not at all appearing to court my advocates says he is not receiving any summons pls sujjest me now what should i do in this matter. can i file criminal case also on him

If he doesnt appear despite service you can move an application for substituted service and get the notice published in the newspaper to effect the service. you can also get a FIR registered against him.
You should follow advice of your advocates. In a pending court case, the conducting counsel is best judge of the situation.
