Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi , my father inlaw(62) has an affair with his wife,s sis (unmarried, 38) and the wife is aware of this but refuses to agree , and my mother in law has a daughter who is mentally retarded. Currently all the four are liliving in the same house with me my husband and my daughter.
The house in which we stay has 3 floors the ground was built by FIL after his voluntevoluntery retairment at 45 yrs ssince then the my husband has taken care of the house and also built the rest two floors but today they ask us to leave the house coz i m not ready to accept my FIL keep in my family ... Wwat to do ... Pls advise

in case the house stands in the name of father in law, you cannot ask him to leave.
