Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father is not interested in giving my share from his property, But he wants share from my self purchased property, forcefully by saying that he has given money in my property & by making quaralls (but not in actual), papers (registry, mutation) are in my name, How can i solve the problem, Plz advise.

No one has any right in the property owned by other. Neither you have any right in your father's property, nor your father has any right in your self acquired property.
