Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father got a Landed property after division from property on name of my Grandmother (Purchased by Grandfather on name of Grandmother) equally divided in lifetime of Grandmother among her 2 sons.
Do I have any right in that property?
Can I seek my part from that Land?
Please guide.

Is your father is still alive? If your father has not made a Will to anyone, you will get a share.
