Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father in law. Left. A house with loan and also other loan .now we are trying to sell the house but. The 2daughter is no t allowing to sell the home is they have rights only on property are also they should share the the loan amount or it's only sons responsibility to close the loan and give share to sisters kindly give a legal answer

The daughters assume equal responsibility with the sons to pay up and settle the loan on your father-in-law's house.
