My father in laws have a property that was trans fromed fromhis father and he has three daughter all are married and have childen now my wife expired in 2008 now whats are my right in the property

Dear Sir / Madam,
You do not have any legal rights per se in the property, unless your father'-in-law has specifically Willed or Gifted his property in your name or in the name of your children. As I see it, your father in law will treat all his four daughters (including your deceased wife) at par when it comes to distributing his property, which could result in you or your children getting a 1/4th share of his property..
